Foundation Problems and Repairs
Keystone Foundation & Repair was established in 1990 as a masonry contractor doing typical residential and commercial projects. They have since evolved into a company that focuses primarily on all types of foundation repairs, concrete leveling, including interior and exterior foundation waterproofing. Our speaker Andrew Gray has been employed at Keystone for total of 15 years.
He has worked at various capacities and is now a foundation repair specialist & project estimator. Some of the topics he will be discussing is how to determine when a foundation wall is in failure and some wall reinforcing systems including carbon fiber strapping, wall pinning and grouting, Steel beam reinforcing, and wall tie back anchoring.

Dan is a fully licensed by thee FAA as a commercial drone pilot. Dan started his company "SkyNet" (Aerial Photo Solutions) to service a wide array of consumer needs. He will be discussing how his company can assist in the home inspection profession. We have all experienced hard to reach roofs, chimneys, flashing, etc. Dan can offer a alternative to risking your life on a ladder or renting a aerial man lift.
Dan will be discussing the requirements mandated by the FAA to obtain your own commercial drone pilot's license. He can explain in layman's terms these requirements including flight restrictions and flight logs. So if you trying to decide if you want to purchase your own drone for your business, or use SkyNet for your aerial photo needs his presentation will be helpful. Dan has an assortment of pictures that he has taken so you can see the detail that is available from a drone picture or video.

Michael has been working in the indoor air quality field since 1989, when he founded his first company. His present company was founded in 1997 and incorporated in January, 1998, as M&M Keller, Inc. with Air Quality Solutions (AQS) as a cl/b/a entity. He serves as the President and sole owner of the corporation, also as the consultant, chief inspector and trainer. Michael has supervised and overseen a project manager and another consultant-in-training. He has provided litigation support for several cases involving matters of air quality, including wrongful death, non-disclosure of defects in Real Estate, and existing water and mold damage.
Over time, the industry focus, while still on IAQ or Indoor Air Quality, has become more broad and is also referred to as Indoor Environmental Quality or IEQ. As the industry is maturing, he has become certified in several areas of indoor environmental / air quality and has been recognized by the court system as an expert in his field. Bill Hamilton is the Manager of Technical Training for UGI Utilities in Reading, Pennsylvania. He has been employed at UGI for 50 years starting in the Customer Service Dept. as an installation helper and left after 14 years as a field service technician; Customer Service Supervisor for 16 years and has been Managing training for the past 20 years. He serves on the Lebanon County Vo-Tech Course Committee for Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 37 years.
He is on the board of directors for Berks County Code Associations for the past 9 years in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Lancaster County Code Association. He is a member of the Gas Transmission and Distribution Committee of the Energy Association of Pennsylvania for the past 20 years.He is also a member of the American Gas Association AGA Building Energy Codes and Standards Committee for the past 9 years, is also serving on their Education and Executive committees.
Visual Inspection of EIFS
Rick has a Dryvit (EIFS) Applicator Certification, He previously held an AWCI EIFS Inspector Certification (He allowed this certification to expire because I work primarily as a contractor and it is a conflict of interest to inspect and make repairs on the same project). He has have 30 years hands on experience with Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems. He has been involved with EIFS and Stucco on projects ranging from small additions on homes to exterior wall panels on 56 a story building.
I have worked closely with homeowners and contractors in Central PA to install maintain, and when necessary repair the interior / exterior finishes of their homes. I invited Phil Neff; Vice President of Sales at Manning Materials to assist at the conference and answer questions as well. Phil has 25 plus years of experience in Exterior Finish Systems. We have collaborated on multiple projects over the last 25 years. Manning Materials is the local distributor of Dryvit Systems.
