Update Your Profile – ASHI Central PA

Hello friends,

Below I have the form for you to send over any change requests you might have for your profile listing here at the ASHI Central PA website. The items needed include all vital contact details. This includes your Company, Contact Name, Phone and Address a company logo and/or inspector photo. For web based items, we can add an email address and also your website address. Update Your Information on the Site

Inspector Name *Enter you name as you want it displayed on your profile. First Last
Your Title *The title shown under your name in your profile.
Your Email *
Company URL
Company Name *Enter the name of your company.
Address *
Street AddressApt, Suite, Bldg. (optional)CityState / Province / RegionPostal / Zip CodeCountry
Phone Number *Enter your company's primary phone number.
Upload Logo Upload a logo file for use in your profile space. This is not required if you don't have one, in most cases it is used if the image below is not selected.
Upload Profile Image Upload a profile image of yourself. Images will be cropped to a square when being added to the website. Logo can be used in place of your picture. If none is provided, you are left using the default profile silhouette image.
